Topic: ABC OldKingCole version

Hi,

I use the OKC (OldKingCole) version of ABC (Yet Another Bittorrent Client).
The ABCConfig 1.0.5.0 program doesn't work with this... Will it be updated or do I have to make the .cfg file myself?

I tried to make a .cfg myself but I can't get it to work. It won't recognise the version.

Never heard of this client, but since it is based on ABC, it should work with slight modifications of the cfg. But i cant say it for sure, since i don't  know the cliient...

I can't get it to work. Is there a tutorial or could you send me the standard ABC 3.1 config (I can't get it out the ABCConfig.exe)

if you're lucky, just changing the [apptitle] to the one of your client, will work

The code itself is modded aswell. Im hoping none of the actual classnames and such were changed. Let me and GTS know if his way works, otherwise ill grab a copy of OKC's mod and try to see whats different.

I doubt that, since abc uses standard class names (like wxWindowClassNR)

Hi it still doesnt work... look what I tried maybe you see the problem?
The title of the ABC screen is "ABC 3.3.0 test OldKingCole"

That _wx_ class looks odd, I'll take a look later.

Could you post a direct link to one of the OKC versions? The sourceforge thread would be fine.

Ok

Now I can show the bittorrent totals, but the /btinfo command (show all) doesn't work yet. There is no error message, so I really don't know whats wrong.

make sure the 'completed' and other texts match yours (different language, etc). Also make sure the status column IS visible, Since its needed.
